From 2025 to 2026 I worked on a photo project that became a small zine I called Seat. Seat explored chairs and benches as the focal point. Shot across a variety of formats from medium format film to digital, I cataloged scenes from Ibiza to Iowa. The zine was designed by me and a small run was printed and sent out into the world.
Empty seats, benches, chairs, some drenched in sun, others in shadow. Seat is a project that focuses on the places we have left behind and the places we are yet to inhabit. Every seat is an invitation for the next occupant, but also where a previous story once existed. This is about a moment in time, what came before, and what comes next.
